This was actually custom made for a T-shirt for my sister. She makes/sells/performs with hoops in Eugene, Oregon, so I based this character loosely off of her. Red hair, the outfit... not the ears and tail though, obviously. ^^; She wore the T-shirt for my graduation open house.
